Do you take my insurance?

Unfortunately at the moment I am not able to bill any insurance companies directly. However, I have partnered with Thrizer, a company which helps client automatically submit out-of-network claims with their insurance companies, and only requires you to pay the difference at the time of services. This means that, depending on your insurance plan, all claims submissions will be handled for you, and you may end up paying as little as 20% of my session rate out of pocket. What areas do you specialize in?

I am probably best known for my work with the LDS & LGBTQ+ population, and love helping people navigate that intersection. However I have also worked with a wide variety of other concerns, particularly pornography use reduction, spiritual transitions, and general anxiety and depression. 
I work most often with older teenagers and young adults, but have clients of all ages.

What education/training do you have?

I received my Masters of Social Work from USC in 2020, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Utah (lic # 11833516-3501). 
I am trained in many therapy modalities, including EMDR, CBT, and ACT, which I use in combination to provide a unique and customized therapy treatment.
